Have been talking back and forth with a guy who's on the same interest site as me on FB. He's the first one to perk my interest since my D 2006. We didn't make any plans or any talk of dating if we ever met. But yesterday there was a banquet and we both attended. I bought a new outfit for it.

He attended with his girlfriend who at first I thought must be his daughter. I didn't have enough invested in him to be broken hearted but was hoping.....well you know.

Why is it all guys over 60 are only interested in girls half their age? I know that's a generaliztion and not true for all, but it just seems so common. Nature's way of making sure they propogate the human race?

I hate this too...for me it is seeing the men in their 50's with "trophy wives" or girlfriends. I think it is the same thing when men drive sports cars with big engines. They are compensating for something!

Not all men are like women who are half their age...not all men want a Barbie doll or a sweet young thing. I want someone who appreciates my "maturity" and if he isn't one who can appreciate that...fooey on him.

I will bet there is a biological reason for it though...old lion wants to prove he is virile and can still can get the lioness??

You guys, please stop with the generalizations.

It's really unfair to any man of any age that has remained loyal.

Thank you.

Maybe its just what I see but usually the "older" man has money and really is stupid enough to believe that the "young chick" likes them for themselves.
The women never seem to have their own money.

I will be 65 in Sept and I am 5'4" and 295#. My man turned 61 in May and is close to his ideal weight. He is fit - I'm in a wheelchair.

Sometimes you gotta wade thru a lotta chaff to get to the grain......
