so in my hole of despair with trying to decide what avenue i want to take and how i want to do this, with my H being a dilwad and seeing someone - (i digress) - i found some happiness in planning our daughter's 6th bday party. we're having it at a destination. a place called deer forest. i don't have to clean my house or make sure the yard is mowed, etc. i am making the cake. oh wow... i need to practice! i can do it, i just need smaller nibs for the icing. hahahaaaa!!! the barbie cake looks like dread lock barbie! we had a small family party, just the 3 of us (h, me, daughter) on her bday. i just want this to be a happy day with her friends and other family that live out of town.

now, to go and sob...

This sucks.

Destination parties are the best!

I'm sure your daughter will enjoy her party.

Sometimes it lasts in love but sometimes it hurts instead....Adele
