A few months ago I got a new phone number. I gave my new number to all the people that I thought should have it. No old boyfriends, no one I don't talk to anymore.

The past week at work a guy has been calling for me. He refuses to leave a message or a name or a number. Odd as hell.

I was sitting thinking of all the possible people it could be. All of the people I came up with have my new number. With the exception of sons dad. I told work the next time the person called to get the number off the caller ID so I can look it up on who it is.

son's dad does not have my number because I dont have his number and I would rather him not have my number as he doesnt even talk to son.

It makes perfect sense. Son's dad would of gotten notice about the CS and that I found in in MASS. I am pretty sure it was to bitch at me or something. I got the call one time I was at work and looked at the caller id I only got the first 2 numbers off the caller ID before they hung up. I know it wasn't anyone from the area. Its pretty easy to find where I work as its on my linkedin account. So, all you gotta do is google me and then call the main number and get transferred or ask for my extention, super easy. I dont know.

Its really freaking me out who it is. Anyone of my friends would leave a message or better yet call my personal phone. Its odd.

I hate to suggest this, but bill collectors are notorious for not leaving names when they call and having odd numbers appear on the caller ID screen. Could that be it?

I'd try not to stress it. It could be a bill collector, not even for you, but someone you know. It could even just be a sales call, they are very stubborn about saving their pitch for the intended target and know they won't get a call back. If it is someone you know, apparently it's not important enough to leave a message so hardly worth worrying over it.

I go a new number about 3 months ago. My old one was receiving collect calls from inmates in a jail in Texas.

Apparently whoever had the number owes money. Unfortunately I get bill collector calls all the time for someone else. Maddening.

All of my accounts have my new number on them. So, if it was bill collectors they would call my phone not my work phone.
