I have one called "You are your own gym" and its strengthening exercises you can do at home, without weight equipment. I love this book. I have other books that aren't so great. I am someone that loves to workout at home, but I don't have room for equipment.
I like to mix it up though.
I also like the Leslie Sansone walking workouts for when I want to keep it light.
