	As a I age PMS is getting worse. 
 
 
	I gain 5 pounds of bloat and my breast feel like Macy's T-day Balloons. 
 
 
	I alternate between mean and weepy. 
 
 
	I am sick of this crap!!!

	I hear you.  I'm at the other end I haven't had my period in 3 months and I'm actually wishing for it! 
 
 
	I am in menopause but not knowing when I am going to get it is driving me nuts!

	I doused my pain in take-out BBQ chicken and french fries! 
 
 
	Now I'm in bed...  wait for the bliss of sleep. 
 
 
	Chocolate sounds damn good tho... have to buy some tomorrow.

	I'm right there with ya.  I have to attend an all day workshop tomorrow that I would normally be looking forward to, but when its "this time of the month", I really don't feel up to ANYTHING.  And I agree the PMS is not only worse, but the moods, etc WAYYYYY sooner than usual.  It sucks.
