Our anniversaries are this week.

25 years since the day we met, today.

24 year wedding anniversary in 7 days.

We don't live together, it will be 6 years at the end of Septmber since he left for the first time, always job related.

Every night, on the phone he says I love you and I miss you, I reply, I know.

Last night I emailed him asking him when living apart became acceptable, he says he loves me and misses me wtf?

Today, I got an anniversary card in the mail.

All loving, marrying you was the best decision ever, you complete me, you know me better than anyone, blah, blah, blah.

I wasn't and am not planning on sending him a card, I don't want to celebrate, celebrate what? It's not a marriage, not worth celebrating.

A head full of fears has no space for dreams.
