There have been a lot of posts about anniversaries, and today happens to be mine. We are close to finalizing our dissolution paperwork yet he has the nerve to send me a text with "Happy Anniversary!" Uh yeah, asshole, it is really a happy event to be celebrated. I am jumping up and down with excitement over spending over 20 years with a lying cheating asshole. Miserable fucktwit.

Where do these pond scum low lifes get the nerve to send their BS anniversary felicitations like everything is fucking rainbows and flowers while putting a legal end to the very purpose of that occasion??

I don't get it, and he got crickets. Celebrate THAT asshole!

I am seriously starting to think there must be a fuckwit gene that unremorseful WS' have. Hopefully they develop a test for this soon.

Sorry you had to deal with that. As if it isn't bad enough to have had your life blown up that they then also have to be clueless or cruel aholes about it just stings.

Go do something nice for yourself! You deserve it! You kept your marriage vows. You survived with him up to this point.

I don't think my stbx will have the balls to tell me Happy Anniversary tomorrow. Or maybe he doesn't even remember. Whatevers!

My mom just asked me if I was going to burn something on my anniversary and I said "I did! I'm burning his initial (tattoo) off my body!"

Last year on the day after what would have been our 14th, Daffy said, "I just want to let you know that I didn't forget that yesterday would have been our anniversary." I made some polite noise, but I want to tell you all that *I* had totally forgotten it! I had been very busy getting ready for my first date with my now fiancé!

Well I sent the Dooosh a Happy Anniversary message last week for our 15th... By having my lawyer meet me at the court house to prove up our divorce decree in front of a judge!

I had to answer his questions "how long have you been married?"

15 years today your honor.

"Are you a legal resident of xxx County?"

Yes your honor.

"Is there any hope for reconciliation of this marriage?"

Not to this lying cheating man, your honor!!

yeah, happy anniversary indeed! I walked out of there on Cloud Freaking Nine!! Had a fabulous lunch date with a great friend, and snuggled with my beautiful kiddos that night!
