I don't love spiders, but I don't hate them.

The other day I came home and noticed that there was a rather large web across the bottom corner of my screen door. I thought, oh, I'll clean it off next time I go out.

Next time I went out, I noticed that the spider had caught something and was wrapping it up.

I swear to god, ya'll, it caught one of those fucking three-inch sewer roaches that show up on my porch whenever it rains. And killed it. And wrapped it up in a giant bundle of spider web stuff. It was ridiculous.

I'm letting the spider stay.

Roach was gone (and a tear in the web) when I got home hours later. I am choosing to assume that the spider consumed it, not that it somehow got away.
