So, the house I live in, which is considered our home, is actually owned by his mother. I am forcing him to help me fix up the place...considering I have a lot of extra time on my hands since he left.

He has actually agreed to "support" me during the next 2 years of schooling. (when I originally started school it was after the affair confession; was good for me emotionally and would help us live and dream of this falsified "future" he led me to believe we were going have.) He wants me to strictly focus on my schooling, and he's right, our marriage has been a distraction. Considering I was the only one fighting for it.

It was amazingly quite easy to be around him when he was cutting the grass, I was very angry and very cold, but I did not shed another flipping tear. And told him we were definitely over.

Do you think because I have been battling with a WS who really didn't put the effort for the past year and half of "trying" that I can get through this "grieving" process faster?

Well I would think so but I'm the same way he didn't put to much effort into saving me so we should look at it as time we should forget about them and move on faster each day. I'm gonna try. Good luck with school & your home.
