I've had a very laid back summer so far, with lots of biking but also lots of lying about and far too much sangria.

Contemplating the fitness pass from the rec centre down the road (my union program covers most of the cost) -- used to do aerobics and loved it, got 20 pounds off years ago and have kept them off.

It's the five or so that keep creeping back, time to give them a severe talking to!

So I reckon this might do it:

Monday: morning aerobics before afternoon class

Tuesday/Thursday: after work aerobics/x training

Saturday or Sunday afternoons: skating

In between: yoga at home

And continuing the bike commute when the weather permits.

Not replenishing the sangria cabinet. There will be some partying around Labour Day festivities -- the beer tasting cruise is just too much fun to pass up.

After that it's going to be back to business.... but now, back to Netflix.
