Anyone have any suggestions on really good vegetarian cookbooks or vegetarian recipe websites? SO and I have made a commitment to eat a whole lot less meat, but I find we've got ourselves on a bit of a 5 or 6 recipe rotation and I'm getting bored.

Back when I was cooking vegetarian all of the time, my go-to cookbooks were Vegetarian Epicure, 1 & 2. The Moosewood Cookbook is also very good. I also subscribed to Vegetarian Times magazine (before the internet) so I'd check http://www.vegetariantimes.com/ Lots of recipes.

One of the best cookbooks I've bought recently is The China Study Cookbook. My daughter recently had a baby and I cooked for them several times. All of the recipes I tried were excellent.

My daughter did "vegetarian" for a year while at university...for Christmas I went to the local bookstore and bought her a veggie cookbook...they had a great selection and I simply looked through them until I found one that sort of reflected her and her likes/dislikes when it came to food.

I'm happy to say that my kids love all veggies and now eat some of the ones that I don't like because I cooked everything for them when they were little.....
