I asked ex-h yesterday if he's going to take our boys to his niece's son's birthday party on Saturday. If not, I was invited and I plan to go.
He proceeds to tell me that he can't go because he's dealing with a crisis right now.
(course I ask, what crisis? ugh.)
He says his grandmother in-law needs a pacemaker put in and the family is hesitant on doing it. I told him my grandmother had one put in about 5 years ago and it saved her life and she was much better. He says "oh WOW, you never told me that".
UM, (fucker ) you never cared what was going on with my family after you left!!
But I did not say that. I said, yes well, she had it done and she's 99 now and really your in-law should have it done because I will bet she will be just fine afterward. He was like "oh thank you so much, I feel better knowing that now".
You're welcome ex-h. Me: 42
Two boys: 17 and 14
