Everyone was right, I do not think my old fling is interested in getting back together =(

Its been 14 months since DD and beleive me its lonely as hell particularly the intimacy part. I really want to start meeting people.

This summer, I met my old fling, we both wanted to marry each other before I met my husband. But things just did not work out and I was the one who hurt the fling.

I emailed him a couple weeks after we talked this summer just to see how things were going but no response. Its been almost 1 1/2 months since I emailed him a short friendly email. I did not ask him a question so he was not obligated to respond but I was at least expecting a reply. I could see that he read the email. He could have just acknowledged the email.

Anyhow, not sure why he did not reply. I thought it was because it was super busy with school however, he came back into town from his college and has been back for a week now. So, its not that he is busy studying.

I've concluded that he is just not that interested or attracted to me anymore. If he was interested or was thinking of me he would have at least acknowledged that email. He's in town for another week so I will see if he responds. However, I am not sure if he is even worth it now even if does show interest.

I am sorry. It's time for you to move on.

Averyhurtgirl, you might consider checking out baggagereclaim.com - great website for situations like this.

Definitely move on, even if you do hear from him.

((Hugs))

I agree, if he was interested, into me, or thought of me he would have reached out to me especially since I reached out to him.

I do not want to get into another relationship with someone who is not into me.

I did check out the baggage reclaim site, thanks its beneficial knowledge.
