We just had our baby 6 weeks ago and a little backround info the last baby we had (14 months ago)my WH slept with one of his employees and was having an EA with another. He has since left the job and we are working hard to get through things. We had our whole hysterical bonding(hence this baby) and sex slowed down towards the end of the pregnancy. Dday was in October, I had found out the date of the PA was less than one month after the last baby was born, which was also the same we we had sex for the first time postpartum. I was super afraid I would trigger bad today when we decided to have sex. I haven't felt anything physical towards him, but I wanted to try anyway, and I am happy to say I didn't trigger during like I used to. But he said "it was worth the wait" right after and my mind immediately started thinking, "well you certainly couldn't wait last time". I didn't say anything because I just didn't want to talk, but he noticed that I was upset and asked. So I told him and he got a little upset and said he isn't that person anymore. I believe him, I believe he is working hard towards change, but sometimes a stupid trigger like that makes me want to hit him.
So then after he left for work tonight I FB stalked OW1 & OW2. I haven't done that in months, it didn't bother me as much as it used to but it makes me hate myself that I went and looked at their photos. It doesn't help me any to do that.
Sorry for the long rant, just needed to get it out tonight!

Congratulations on the new little one ! Boy do you have your hands full!

It's good (in a weird way) that looking at ow's facebook didn't have the effect it used to on you. Also good that you recognize that it's not helping you. You're getting there .

I FB stalked OW1 & OW2.

Block them!

Then get busy posting happy family posts about that beautiful 6-week-old bundle of joy.

"it was worth the wait"
I understand completely. My FWH, will often say things like, "you're the only one for me", and I want to strangle him. But I know that he really means well, he is just a lil stupid about not thoroughly thinking thru what he is about to say and the implications of how it might affect me.

Sometimes men say some dumb shit without thinking far enough ahead to recognize that it could have been hurtful to you. It seems he is trying, and doing what you need to R. Like others have said, please try not to focus on OW. You have some amazing things going on right not that deserve your time. The OW do not deserve your time.
