Work changed. Person who took over mgmt of the office eased up on asking me to do certain things after my trip to dr earlier this week.
I drop the kids off at cheer/football 2x a wk and go relax.
I try not to do much.
Still anxiety attacks.
Irrital and rapid bowl (I.e. run to the bathroom NOW!)
Constantly tired.
What gives? Ive been trying to relax. I literally crash at 930pm, if not before. Im still a wreck

(((sully)))
Be easy on yourself. Perhaps it's time to see the dr, and switch up meds if been on then for a bit and if not on any try something.
Panic attacks can be crippling, and it can take a bit to determine the trigger but remember they can often be a symptom of depression.
Feel better.

Thank you Tushnurse.
Im not on meds. Im funny about pills.
Im thinking I might need to change my head. Need to detatch from the toxic and stressful and do things such as meditate, like someone here recently suggested.
Im also in need of a vacation (home bound) which is what is scheduled for later this month but if there is a switch is bosses where my sub is located, my vacation might be nixed.
If its not nixed, im going back to the dr...not for meds, tho. Upper GI bc I have swollowing issues.

sully there are some anxiety pills that are extremely small. might be worth considering even if for a short time. or counseling with a good therapist who specializes in anxiety.

A can flare and cause panic attack like symptoms along with that comes reflux 98-99% of asthmatics have GERD and that could be your swallowing issue. Try getting some OTC Prevacid. Take first thing in the morning before anything else. Even if you aren't having issues.
