This morning, I listened to the neighbor's 3 year old scream and cry and scream and cry from 5:30am until 6am when I went upstairs to take a shower. I mean... the kid was having an epic meltdown... at 5:30 in the morning.

And the whole time, I was smiling ear to ear- thinking about how my 47 year old dickhead ex is due to have a baby in just about 6 weeks.

...he has three years before he even gets to the toddler meltdown at the asscrack of dawn...

Everyone... enjoy it with me!!

Oh the sweet sound!

my guess is he will leave or be out of the house so he won't have to deal with it.

Priceless.

Shelly, you are young this is what you're supposed to be doing...

He is 47- *our* kids are 14 and almost 16, like they're supposed to be...

Two totally different situations...

Exactly ! FT has a 10 yr old GS and a 3 mo old GS! His son is 34 and now a new baby. IMO, it's not fair to the babies to have a father so old.

I totally agree. On the plus side, you can picture the new honey diapering both father AND child.

Karma is wonderful... I especially love the one about diapering the baby and the husband...

That one is pricless....

This is very possible scenio for Twatwife. She got what she wished for, Ft and a baby.

Hi all

I don't post here usually but thought you might enjoy this one.

A friend of mine found out in about 1995 that her WH had a girlfriend and a child in another country. At the time they had 2 mid teenage children.

Long story short, they split she left town and he bought his gf to Oz and married her. At the time I guess he would have been about 40 and the gf early twenties.

I often see him in the supermarket with the children.

I think they may have 5 now???? Last week I saw him with the most recent toddler who was throwing a tantrum. In fact almost every time I see him he has a kid with him throwing a tantrum. I suppose he would be close to 60 now and boy does he look it!!!

I told him what I thought of him years ago. Now when I see him I just smile and look at the toddler. I think he knows what I'm thinking

His kids lived with their mum until they married and basically cut contact with their father.

My friend retired a few years ago and has done a lot of travelling.

Last I heard she was travelling in South America and having a ball.

Karma is beautiful sometimes.

HUGS

Laura

shelly- don't worry. =)

you are younger and more patient. Plus, a tantrum to a caring, emotionally healthy parent is much less difficult than if the parent is extremely selfish.

I can handle my young ones MUCH better than my WH can
