This is a funny, but I'm a little irked too.
We got pizza from this local 'pizza' place today at lunch. We ordered slices each, not pies and it's our first time for pizza from this place.
I will say all other items we've ordered over last few months have been good, if not great; good food and good pricing. Which is why we continue to order from them.
We all took a step outside our normal fare and opted for pizza, thinking it would be awesome be pizza is IN their name.
I'm not kidding - it was totally frozen pizza. It wasn't terrible, but still - it was frozen pizza! I could tell by underside of the slices. My co-worker was like howling that I was kinda irked, but I could've bought frozen pizza myself. I sort of 'expected' pizzeria pizza from a PIZZA place!
I just thought I'd share because it's the first time ever I had a frozen pizza that *I* didn't make. LOL!!!

I thought about that, but here's the call:
WBN: Is your pizza frozen?
"Fresh ingredients pizza place": Why, never, WBN!
WBN: Um, okay. Bye
Ha ha! Like would they 'confide' in me and ask me not to tell while refunding my money? Probably not.
I was irritated because I LOVE a good pizzeria pizza...which was not delivered today. The DiGiorno was tolerated and half was eaten...just not the same.

Most of the chain pizza places I consider to be "pizza food." It's pretty much the same as frozen pizza to me. It's food, it tastes good enough, but it's just not real pizza.
I've been fortunate enough to be able to find several Italian restaurants here that do almost authentic NY pizza, though.

I live in NYC and even there finding a decent slice is difficult these days. When I was a kid you could get great pizza just about anywhere in Brooklyn. Even the lesser quality places were better than most of what's there now. What I wouldn't give to go back to the 70's and get a couple of good slices and a grape drink for a buck.

Stronger you're not going to the right places. The pizza place by my house is to die for. That being said WBN I still would have wanted a refund.
