The first day of school, they blew off my kids stop. Luckily, I was home to get to school.

That same day my dd7 got left at school. It was the nonchallant attitude of the driver and the pissed off attitude of the dispatcher that angered me.

Next day, they were 1 hr late dropping off the kids. Reason? Bus drives for two schools. The bus had to go back to retrieve a kid from the other school. (But didnt give a shit my kid got left at school the day before).

Our pick up tim is 732am. The spouse gets the kids to the stop at 725. The bus is usually a couple minutes late. Today they had to chase down the bus and was told the time was changed to 7:22am. Without telling us?

I called the county dept who contracts these idiots. The county lady said she didnt know of a time change. She called and emailed them. No response.

Im at work from 7am to 5pm. I cant keep playing games with these idiots.

Is there anyone who is a driver who knows where I can complain to fix this mess? This is a contracted company.

This just keeps getting worse.

The county lady called back saying she received a message from the bus company that wh was confrontational which is illegal. I thought wh had gone off on the lady.

I text wh and warned him about his bad behavior. He called me and said he did not yell at the driver. He said he asked he how was he to know about the time change if he wasnt notified. Considering when he called me this morning and he was not spewing smoke like what has been the norm lately, I think he is telling the truth. In fact, he told me fhis morning he felt the driver was a tad rude (probably rushed).

Im not sure how to handle this situation.
