Well, it is finally happening.
The thing is, because of many factors, like the market, the fact that our ownership structure requires a 20 % cashdown, etc., this is likely to take an eternity to sell unless we put it a a ridiculous price where we both loose our shirts.
We have to offer the condo to the crazy neighbors first, then allow them 10 days to reply, then we'll test the market for a month at a price where ends can meet for us. This takes us to being on the market on October and reevaluating in November. And hopefully not living in my Aunt's basement for a freaking year.
I know many of you have been in much worse situations a few years ago with the US hoousing market crisis. All I can do is pray God for mercy and a quick and fair transaction.
I find the price to pay for my choices is beyond my means. I just wanted to move forward, engage myself and rebuild my life.

I may have not gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be.

I'm sorry you're having a rough time of it.
I just listed my house too, and although I'm thrilled that this last bit of business is finally being taken care of I have been struggling with the whole process so far.
I hope the condo sells quickly.
