Wow last night I could not sleep. Harken back to the early days of no sleep and little to focus on but survival. Teh insomnia in and of itself was a trigger. Last night I literally tapped into that raw feeling like it happened yesterday. I replayed conversations in my head a I sat there staring at the ceiling. I hope I never have insomnia again, and I hope I can better focus myself if it does. Funny how our brains and bodies have triggers, that stimulate a train of thought a feeling and off you go. TAILSPIN! Exhausted today.

I hope you don't have insomnia again, either, lordhasaplan?. It is weird, isn't it, if we let ourselves go, we can be right back to those very raw feelings again?
I usually get up and get on SI or play some kind of game on the computer until I can't see anymore and then I can usually fall asleep, finally.
