ETA: I didn't want to ambush anyone with a snake pic, so I put it in the title.
This may seem a bit nuts, but hang in there with me because it's actually really cool.
Two days ago, a FB friend posted a link to a book that was about how we draw things into our reality with our thoughts. The book is full of experiments to prove this. I bought the book, read it, and started the first experiment.
The first experiment is based on God, the universe, whatever you want to call it providing exactly what we focus on. If we focus on lack, we are provided with more lack and if we focus on abundance, we are provided with that.
So, I was to ask for a sure sign that couldn't be mistaken and give it 48 hours to appear.
As the deadline approached, I began to fret, a bit, and started re-reading the chapter. As I was reading, my mind drifted to how my aunt, dad, and I all had snakes in our house and this is year of the snake and how freaky that was. At that moment, I looked up and saw this on my patio:
I cracked-up and grabbed my camera, so I could show it to Waywardson. Point taken: Your thoughts or focus DO create your reality, according to Experiment 1.
