Ever feel like you're just fucking bleeding to death?

lucy17 posted 9/24/2013 21:27 PM

Yes. From multiple stab wounds. At the craziest times. With sometimes no control.
That's all we can do--try every moment (sometimes days are too long).

Yes. Those are the days I want to run. Thankfully, the non-bleeding days are more frequent than the bleeders.

Yes. I felt like that for a long time. It gets better. Let it out though. Don't try to push back the pain or stuff it down. I remember the first day I didn't cry (about 1 1/2 years from Dday.) I just had no tears left in me. It felt weird but I was OK.

Hugs to you.

Absolutely. The kind of pain I didn't know I was capable of surviving...

Absolutely. I thought I had been through pain before, but nothing compares to this.

Yes, definitely. First from the A stiletto rammed upwards into my gut. Next from the TT nicks all over my body, as I spiraled downwards into a depression. Then as I lay helpless on the floor, the blaming knife was plunged into my back.

The little band aids aren't helping much.

Every single day.

It felt as though my H had taken a machete, slashed me open, ripped out my heart with his bare hands, and then fed it trough the shredder while I lay bleeding to death on the floor.

Now, 13 months later, the heart is in the process of regenerating, the gash has been sewn together and has mostly healed, but with a significant scar.

I have never before experienced such pain.

Yep, every single day. However, in the beginning I was bleeding and kept getting stabbed by the person I loved the most. Right not it's scabbing but there's still some blood.
