What is it about a hug?

What is it about a hug? Some people fit better. Height, weight. Whatever. My STBX fit so well. My head. Hers. Never awkward. Never too short or too long. No getting hands tangled in hair. No awkward pats on the back. Wholesome, total fit. No awkward granny hugs where I'm afraid to break her. I haven't had a good hug in months. I will again.

You will :) and it will be great to realize that someone else might fit just a little bit better. They might fill a little nook of space you never even realized was empty before. Me... I miss holding hands believe it or not. Sounds so silly but it used to bring such comfort. We even held hands under the covers at bed time.

I had to stand on a step to comfortably hug STBXH. Maybe it was a sign?

I miss having someone to throw an arm and leg over in bed. I got one of those whole body pillows, but it's just not the same.

You will again.

I miss waking up as part of a spoon - didn't matter whether it was big or little spoon. I missed the smell of a man's skin too. Breathing him in.

I've had both again and it was simply lovely. So lovely I cried the first few times.

I may have reached a point where I'd piss on him if he was on fire.... eventually!!
