Working on coursework this evening but I'm really getting stuck on this paper. Just no motivation for it.

Tomorrow is a CC meet with my girls and then I'll do some more coursework, paper grading, and I really, really need to clean this house!!

Sunday I'll run 12 miles (Yay marathon taper!!!), probably more cleaning, meet a friend for coffee, and then off to save Teslet from the bowels of chaos.

I had my weekend Monday through Wednesday this week Rain is back and so are my history readings.... also contemplating/avoiding the idea of writing a paper.

It's optional for Monday but I wouldn't mind getting it done so I can goof off a bit next weekend.

12 miles? You go!

I took today off from work, so technically my weekend started last night.

I met a friend at 5:30 to get a longish run in, then napped a bit did some shopping, hung out with the parrots, and went to see a movie at the film festival.

Tomorrow is a medium-length run (also in marathon taper -- it's so hard to cut back!), probably a movie, and a party celebrating our local indie music station's new location.

Sunday will be a medium-length run, movie, first meeting with a guy off of OLD, then another movie with a friend.

Then Monday morning :(

Slow start to the weekend (but hell, everyday is still Saturday for me ) I was supposed to go to a stargazing meetup tonight but it was cloudy. Hopefully tomorrow night will be better.

My baby brother was supposed to come up tomorrow, but he had to cancel. Bummer.

However, tomorrow there is a replica of the Halfmoon (ship sailed to the new world by Henry Hudson) docked in Albany. I think I'll go for the tour.

Sunday I think I'll pick apples

Tonight was yard work. Sheesh, it was getting to be a jungle out there!

I also baked some cookies and am watching Sleepy Hollow.

Tomorrow-- garage sale! I've been getting ready for the past few weeks. Hopefully, I'll get rid of some stuff and make a few bucks! My colleague is bringing lunch, and I think we're going to man the garage sale while we grade papers.

Dinner and hang out with my parents after the big sale.

Sunday is the usual: clean, grade papers, grocery shopping... then the kiddies come home, and we celebrate DS #2's birthday! I can't believe that my little guy is seven already. We're going to have dinner and then he'll open presents.

Tonight was dinner at a bar that serves craft beer from all over Mexico, followed by ice cream from michocan. Tomorrow is morning coffee with my best girlfriend, and then flying home & getting to see my doggy after a month away. And then Sunday is settling back in at home & getting ready for the week ahead.

Last nigh, I did yard work. Today, probably more yard work.

At some point, I'd like to go into the city and walk around, maybe just shop a little and get my hair cut.

Last night was my usual Friday night excitement - take-out and the couch.

Today I'm going to do a bit of shopping and possibly stop by a festival. Then yard work, making soup, and school work.

Tomorrow a benefit lunch, Steelers, house cleaning & more school work.

Williesmom, are you going to see the big duck?

Fantastic concert with friends last night. Still on an emotional high from it.

Citywide garage sale today with friends. Maybe going to a dance club tonight.

Sleeping in tomorrow, some work while hopefully sitting out on the deck and maybe dinner/drinks with a fellow SIler tomorrow afternoon if it works out.
