I am happy to report that after 5 weeks of being unemployed I finally have a new job/career. The other job that I thought I had fell through, but luckily I went on an interview Friday and was hired on the spot!! I start next week!!!

I am excited about this new job because it is a step up from what I have been doing and I am finally going to be putting my degree to use and will be challenged! I have always regretted not going to grad school or getting a "real" job in my field, but now am doing just that! !

Hopefully this will be the first of many triumphs! !!

Thank you everyone! I am very excited about this new chapter and am so happy about it. My BH is also very happy about it....it is one of the many changes happening in our life right now but is definitely a good one.

Our DD has also started at her new preschool and is adjusting...she misses her old school and old friends but I think will do fine once she gets more comfortable with the new school.

This is so great! As someone who's been following your posts, it is just so wonderful to see how you've turned around from so many things NOT being possible (switching preschool for your DD) to now being totally possible and even wonderful! I wish you all the best!

Thank you everyone for the well wishes!! I am proud that I finally made the right choice and am trying to change and thank those of you who encouraged me.

I am very excited to have a real "grown up" professional job and am nervous for something knew, but am ready for the challenge and hope I do well at it.
