I don't know if this will help anyone but it's helping me right now so I thought I'd post. I'm in a new confused state and finding myself withdrawing from everything to just protect myself and because I just don't know what to do even with simple little things.
The podcast is an hour long and it's about how trauma transforms you. I listen to it in the car to and from work and then listen again.
Just a thought if someone is where I am where I just don't know what to do.
