I think that's fairly normal, when things are the worst is when we need the support the most...but I wanted to post something positive. WH's email today, he's responding to me telling him a variety of things, but in the end I said that we are such a mess and that I'm scared and also about knowing I'm good enough for me and the world but not feeling good enough to him...

"We are a big mess, and I won’t speak for you but you’re everything to me and you're all I’ve got and even if we’re a mess, I want to clean it up with you.

I know that you are better than good enough, you are sexy, funny, hot in bed, and I’m proud of you and myself that I can call you my wife, at least for the time being…..I know my choice was just insidious and any man would look at me cross eyed for not running home to you every night. You are my best friend in the world, sometimes, you’re my only friend…..the thought of losing you is unbearable."

I think positive stories here are important, and wish that more were posted. They show that the work toward R can be rewarded with hope, progress, and new growth. I like them, and I like yours.

Totally agree with JD.

Thanks for posting something positive. That made me smile.

Sometimes I feel like my rollercoaster jumped the track and is just headed downhill for good.

I hope the upswing continues for you!

This is a great positive post and just really great for you to have it in writing. I told WH today I'd love to have some wonderful things he said to me today in writing so I can remember them when I get angry and hurt during this process.

I do wish we had "like" buttons for posts, thank you for taking the time to read and reply to this <3

BTW, how do you make a good heart?? lol. That's the worst heart I've ever seen.
