Today I had an appt. with my lawyer about filing a default paper in our divorce. WS was served on Sept. 29th, today is Oct. 14th and still nothing.

WS 'says' he will get a lawyer....not my problem.

I just have to say that my lawyer made me feel so vindicated in all of this mess!

I really hope I get the settlement we ask for and he probably STILL won't have an attorney. He consulted one in another city and they refused to take his case!

God is good!

At least I am having s good day today!

Lord, with Your help I will focus on each small step of the climb, instead of the mountain that stands before me.

Good luck. I hope your lawyer will file the default for you. Mine wouldn't.

Yes, he is filing my testimony and the default papers. I just hope it goes through quickly.

Right now I am going to try to go NC with STBX unless I have to because of finances.

He isn't the brightest bulb in the box.
