I'm exhausted. Every day is so intense right now. Tears and anger and joy and love. Triggers. Stuff that has to be done. Talking. Talking. Talking.

I'm craving some mundanity

Three big events today I could start separate threads on. Think I will just go to bed instead

Anyone else having similar?

Me BS, 41
Him WS, 45
EA and PA (PA for 11 months)
DDay 13/9/13
3 children - 15,12,3
WS has bipolar, no excuse...

It's exhausting and if you can sleep, do it!

I have had 5 months to recreate 5 years of my history with my new knowledge. I am still swimming around in the muck trying to fill holes. It is a long long process.
