One of the things that XPerv claimed was a "problem" was my parenting.
Well...lately he shows up sometimes (kind of when scheduled) to have his baby visit and collect DD.
I don't spend much time diagnosing it any more but more time scratching my head because lately he's taken to actually parroting some of the things I say to DD!
I guess it could be a show, it's just strange to hear after such harsh judgment, when from other people I get praise.
Yes, I understand it's because I am a boundary person and he is ... not. That's the heart of the matter, not "my parenting".
And one day he'll bite my head off and the next day he'll ask if I want help. If circumstances were not so heavy right now, it would be a giant box of crickets dumped on his head. But with the stress and pressure, I don't say no to anyone.
Sorry for the ramble and thanks. It's a very strange time, to say the least.
One pattern I notice, for that's what helps me most, is that as I pull away he tries to hoover. Some of the attitude seems to be when I don't fall for it. Or sometimes if I ask another person for help and he finds out, he gets annoyed. Yes, very strange, indeed.
