That's gross. If I was at an event that had a cake unicorn....I would immediately leave. (but then, I am not a fan of unicorns... )

I could manage the unicorn. I really love cake. The babies that they make for baby showers though? That is some scary stuff.

The babies that they make for baby showers

No Way! People do this??? For Real??? I hope the *baby*cake is just for decoration (maybe?)......which would be cute. But are the guests supposed to actually EAT it?? Please say it isn't so.....

No, you are not. That is why I said "fascinating and frightening". Fascinating because that must have taken a lot of work and it is very realistic, but it is icky, too.

And, the baby cakes are eaten, gonna. I wouldn't. They are vewy scawey!

It would be better if it wasn't so realistic. All it needs is the red icing dripping from the 'wound'.

Gonnabe there is a show called Ridiculousness where the host makes fun of people doing stupid things on camera. One of his clips was a very realistic looking cake of a sleeping infant. People were eating it and cutting into the head! Duff Gordon the cake guru was on the show too and said his bakery has a strict policy about not making realistic baby cakes due to the creep level.

I don't think I'll be trying this one anytime soon. I'm in the "animal/people cakes are weird" camp. Almost as creepy as clowns....almost.

Don't look at the link if you want to sleep tonight.

You know, I used to collect unicorns. I loved the magic of them. Since the A not so much, every time I look at one of my glass ones I imagine puffs of rainbow gas coming out of its rear and now this.....this takes the whole magical element and turns it into creepy beyond a doubt!!! I may have to pack and sell the collection at this rate
