I finally went on and deleted my FB account instead of just having it deactivated. I haven't used it in over a year and have just been avoiding going on there and reactivating it to delete it. But I went on, saved the photos I did not have of me and xSO, some friends and family and deleted it. In 14 days it's gone forever and that feels good. I had it saved in case xSO wanted dates and proof, but we are not together and I answered all his questions. That site is like a thorn in my side, it helped distract me and avoid things I needed to face. Another step in the right direction.

Good for you, Unagie!

DS, you are forever in my heart. Thank you for sharing your beautiful spirit with me. I will always try to live by the example you have set. I love you and miss you every day and am sorry you had to go so soon, it just doesn't seem fair.

YEA!!

I tried the other ways like you said, but found I could still go and "hover" and didn't want to-or want any connection to what "they're doing.

FWIW, it only took a week or two to find other things to fill in the time.
