A few threads could really use support.
I'm sure you all remember when you first arrived and you poured your heart out all in hopes someone would validate you or just listen to your feelings.
Please don't stop reaching out...pay it forward if you can 
That's the whole point of a message boards...to talk and try to help.
I have faith all those of you that are here can find it inside to give a hug and a shoulder to a broken heart tonight.

I've been reticent lately and just lurking and trying to self soothe. I've felt guilt over not being more supportive and I've made a conscious decision to stay out of JFO...
I don't know if it's laziness or just the lethal plane to be honest. So much going on and I'm barely able to read here but do it daily.
I'll try to be more helpful because I'm so damn grateful for this place. Thanks for the reminder to give back. I know it won't hurt me.
