Yesterday was our son's birthday.
Last year he spent our son's bday with the AP.
It makes me want to scream.
I understand that he built me into some big meanie in his head (all based on bullcrap, of course). Whatever. I'm an adult.
But what kind of SOB neglects their children for a piece of ass.
A real POS SOB for sure.
I found a note in his IPad dated on his son's birthday. Noting what she wanted to eat. To make sure he didn't forget. Wouldn't want to disappoint her.
No note to get DS a present or even a card. No note to call him. And in fact he did none of those things.
I texted him photos since he "couldn't" be there. Big meanie that I was.
So, while I was picking up the cake, running kids to the movies.....while we were all singing Happy Birthday and blowing out candles.....well, I guess we know what he was doing.
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Thanks guys. I hate when these things pop up and bash me upside the head.

My WH did the hat trick: Spent my 40th birthday, DS AND DD's birthdays with the MOW...and they only met up 5x in a two year period!!! Amazing!! We are coming up on two years of R but he forgot his mother's birthday recently and screwed up mine ( gave me a card I had in a drawer to give to one of my girlfriends).
Selfishness takes some time to overcome I guess.
