fWH & OW still work together, at a small Chrustian school. I built that school and devoted my life to it for the last six years. I've worked for the company that runs it my entire teaching career. To say that I'm invested in it is an understatement. So it galls me that SHE still works there. We are looking at moving to a bigger city, but I truly don't think I can do it and know that the whore still works for MY school. I know it's not 'mine' any longer; I gave that up twelve months ago to become a mother, but my heart is still part of that place.
So. I've composed a letter detailing the A, and asking what the company would do. I've left any identifying details out of the letter so that I don't accidentally out them before finding out what the company's course of action could be.
I've created an anonymous email account to send it from.
Tell me I'm crazy, or could this possibly work? Can pm the letter to anyone curious as to the content or interested to proof it for me...

You're NOT stupid. I'd send it and see what the reply is and go from there. As a Christian school, are you aware of any policy regarding adultery? Of course, if you out her it will out your H as well, but if you're moving to a new city that may not be a concern for you. Good luck.

The company and each school has a policy on sex outside of marriage, so an affair between two married people is even worse. Frustrating thing is that if they knew it was me, we might get some extra consideration but I can't reveal that at all unless we get a positive indication from the CEO.

I don't think the CEO is going to answer an anon. email.
Take the bull by the horns and go talk to him/her.
Then, let the cards fall where they may. Even if she doesn't get fired, they will be on to her.
You know, however, your h won't be able to use the CEO as a reference if you out them.
FYI I did call the HR manager at my XWH company, but he sorta blew me off. He said unless it affected his work he couldn't do anything.
However, your situation is different.
Also, do you have proof to give the CEO?
I say go for it!

This is like a double whammy to you I guess.

I certainly understand wanting her out of there.
But I would want MORE to get my husband away from her.
