I'm working on selling our house and finding a rental for me and DS. Haven't rented in a decade. Downsizing from about 2800 sq ft to about 900. I've been searching and found a wonderful townhouse for rent. Great price. Wonderful landlord (who knows my situation and has been trying her hardest to help me out - even accepting my crappy credit score).
This place feels more like a home than anything I've seen and I want nothing more than to move in and make a happy home for my DS. He deserves it. I deserve it.
Please cross your fingers that it all works out - that I can rent it and that our house sells quickly.

Sending good luck and positive thoughts your way
No one changes unless they want to. Not if you beg them. Not if you shame them. Not if you use reason, emotion, or tough love. There is only one thing that makes someone change: their own realization that they need to.

DS, you are forever in my heart. Thank you for sharing your beautiful spirit with me. I will always try to live by the example you have set. I love you and miss you every day and am sorry you had to go so soon, it just doesn't seem fair.
