I took the test and I do not have an eating disorder. What I do have is Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and that is causing my weight loss.

I am working with a new IC to address the PTSD and seeing a nutritionist to help me gain "healthy" weight.

I am going to go back to lifting weights so I can build muscle. gonna get those killer abs I always wanted because I have no fat to cover them up!

Yes. I love to hear the positive. Yes I also have PTSD but when you make a decision to make something great come from something horrible that is awesome ! So go to the gym and get those killer abs and you will feel amazing! Good luck.

I, too, had PTSD and lost a LOT. Good protein supplements and a good quality multivitamin (and a couple of other supplements) made a big difference for me.
