H's work Christmas party was tonight. (H is working, so the worst thing he did was eat a bunch of sugary treats.) His boss had planned to go home, but he lives an hour away. He had a couple of drinks and called his wife and asked her if it was OK if he stayed with another manager (also a male) tonight and she agreed.

This makes me SO uneasy!! I mean, isn't this how a lot of stories here start?? And he confided to H a month or so ago that he was having marital trouble. I don't know, he didn't start out planning to stay in town for the night and seemed to change his mind after a couple of people showed up to the party. They headed out for more drinks.

I told H I felt like this was a huge mistake, that it was dangerous, and that I hope his boss doesn't do anything that will send his life down the tubes.

It sucks to see people doing stuff like that.

I do to. Also would your FWH be able to talk to his boss if he felt this was happening. It sure would be nice to worn someone about something we know will just be distructive.

He did not see what he had in me, what I saw in him I did not have!

Love kills slowly.
