…it pours…
my aunt called last night…her chemo has stopped working (triple negative breast cancer). Cancer has basically gone everywhere. They are looking at getting her in a study next week, but most likely her treatment options are over now.
Her quality of life is declining. She lives in another state. I don't trust WH with the kids right now (his attention is *elsewhere*…aheam…) and my MIL is having surgery next week and won't be allowed to drive for 6 weeks, otherwise I know she would take care of the kids for me so I could go and see aunt one more time.
Im hoping that things dont decline so rapidly that I cant go as soon as MIL is able to help me again.
Have I mentioned that my MIL is a saint? Seriously…there is a special place in heaven for this woman. I love her to pieces.
Please pray for my aunt and my family... that she doesn't suffer, that we get to see each other again, and that my uncle reaches out for help instead of doing it all on his own...

((((nekorb)))) I'm so sorry, honey. Holding your aunt and uncle in my thoughts and sending swift recovery mojo to your MIL.
Hang in there, nekorb. It must seem overwhelming right now. Sending you strength and comfort.
