No, I'm not going to contact XWH about this... but am I wrong in thinking that's disgusting? Apparently, they ran out of underwear over there and didn't have the laundry ready with any clean underwear, so DD went to school not wearing any. Apparently, the Owife does this with her own DD and thinks that it's perfectly normal.

I mean... seriously? You couldn't do a small load the night before to make sure that you had some for school?

I just think that's weird and inconsiderate. XWH clearly affaired down-- at least I made sure that everyone had clean underwear every day!

Nature_Girl posted 12/5/2013 16:24 PM

Better to wear undies that are a day old than go commando & possibly chafe her private parts! Poor baby!

Vulcanized posted 12/5/2013 16:28 PM

That is really fucking repugnant having a child not wearing drawers. OW is really a piece of trash, no shit.

StillLivin posted 12/5/2013 16:35 PM

That is disgusting. Poor little girl. I'm angry for your daughter and you both.
I know you are documenting all of this.
Nasty ass trailor trash whore.

tryingagain74 posted 12/5/2013 17:39 PM

NG-- exactly! She was complaining that her private parts hurt, and no wonder! She was only wearing tights and nothing to protect herself from their coarse material!

It was gross and, I think, very reflective of the OWife's (and XWH... not like he is incapable of doing laundry) selfishness. I will stay up later than I like in order to make sure that needed laundry items make it into the dryer in preparation for the next day because that's something good parents do. We make sure that our children are bathed, fed, rested, and are wearing clean clothing at the bare minimum. Those idiots can't even be bothered to do that for my kids.

welcome14 posted 12/5/2013 17:53 PM

even if they don't have a washer n dryer n cant make it to a laundromat, they got a bathroom sink n curtain rod...even trailers do ffs. sorry for ur little girl...

Nature_Girl posted 12/5/2013 18:22 PM

Same here, Trying. I've stayed up late past midnight just to get a load of clothes from the washer into the dryer more times than I can possibly count. That's what good parents do, make sure their children have clean clothes. And yes, I've also just handwashed a pair of undies if desperate and drip dry. That's what good parents do.

Sending a child to school with NO undies is a line I just would not cross. Good Lord.

jemimapd posted 12/5/2013 18:51 PM

When I lived overseas I didn't have a tumble dryer. More than once I've rolled some needed clothing item up in a towel, left it for a while, then dried it with a hairdryer.

I feel so sorry for your daughter. It's this type of thing that makes children turn round when they are teenagers and refuse to go. They know the score.

suckstobeme posted 12/5/2013 19:32 PM

That's gross and not to mention so not good for her. If she had gym class today and worked up a sweat in the tights that she had to wear all day with nothing in between, that could lead to a little infection in addition to the discomfort. Same thing with wet bathing suits, which is what I had to warn my ex about after DD got a bladder infection over the summer. He admitted that he let her run around in a damp suit for hours and OW was ignorant and stupid enough not to mention that little girls shouldn't do that.

What truly boggles my mind is that these OW have kids of their own. I could almost see if they had no kids and no experience with kids. Almost. But to be a parent yourself and not give a shit about basic hygiene and personal care issues is disgusting. My DD will often come home on a Monday morning in the same clothes she went there in on the Friday. I know my ex well, which means I'm very well aware that the stuff was not washed in between.

Affairing down is a massive understatement.

Gemini71 posted 12/5/2013 19:38 PM

I hear ya. STBXH had the kids over Thanksgiving break. DS11 came home in the same clothes he left in, with NO dirty clothes in his bag. His socks were so bad I just threw them away.

anewday78 posted 12/5/2013 22:24 PM

You're really not going to contact him about this? This is one thing I'd want to make clear should never happen again. What is wrong with these effing animals? Do you end the kids with overnight bags or do they have other clothes at xh's house? How do you know Owife does this with her own daughter? If that's true, it happens AT LEAST occasionally and will most likely happen to your daughter again. I'd have to put them on blast for this one - they should feel embarrassed. Especially after that bullshit email he sent you a week or two ago.

anewday78 posted 12/5/2013 22:30 PM

P.S. Owife doesn't work, right? What the hell does the stupid, dirty whore do all day? Certainly not the laundry. Perhaps she's back to trolling Ashley Madison while your x chump goes out working to put a roof (albeit a roof that's caving-in) over her and Okids' heads.

sinsof thefather posted 12/6/2013 03:28 AM

tryingagain, I think I would actually contact the EX and OW about this. I do think it's bad enough to warrant it. I don't know anyone who would send their daughter to school with no underwear on. That they caused your daughter discomfort is bad enough, but also, I think if somehow the other kids had got to know about this there was the risk of unpleasant teasing towards her as well as the risk of infection, none of which you want for your daughter. I'd just have to tell them that. I'd tell them that if they have no clean underwear available to contact you the night before for some - I bet that would be a guaranteed way to make that vile OW have to do the laundry too!

I would take dd to pediatrician for official documentation. In my mind this is abuse. Your dd had to be in pain and probably still is.

oh FUCK NO! be a raging ghetto bitch as I drove up to the school with a pair of size 5T Hello Kitty underwear for my poor baby, then I'd be giving that piece of shit an earfull after I left.... about how NOT difficult it is to either drive your ass to the store to buy a pack of Hello Kitty underwear, or wash her a pair to have for the next morning.

So now, this asshole needs ziploc bags, and underwear? I'm right on the edge of doing a fund drive for both items here at my work for the Christmas Adopt-a-Family for these two assholes, since they apparently can not take care of it themselves, since they are so unfortunate.

AS A PARENT, which I am shocked that OW has made it this far, don't you look in their drawer and say to yourself "hmm, we're getting low on underwear, only 2 pairs left" and throw in a load of mother fucking laundry ahead of time? And if not, if time got away from you and you didn't get a chance, WASH THAT SHIT OUT IN THE SINK AND DRAPE IT OVER THE SHOWER CURTAIN ROD FOR THE NEXT MORNING!!!!!!

Like suckstobeme said, I could see if OW didn't have kids, and didn't know any better, maybe. But there is no excuse for this.

Oh, I am in flames. He's disgusting.

That's messed up.
They can't even handle the most basic of child rearing and have clean undies?

7yrsflushed posted 12/6/2013 10:14 AM

Neither of them thought to go to the store on the way to school and buy a pack?? Walmart is 24/7. They had to know they didn't have clean laundry. This happened to me with my sons tshirts the 1st week I had the kids myself. I forgot to go in my sons room and get his clothes out of the closet to wash. They come over I have an oh shit moment. I load the kids in the car and go buy another pack so he has some tshirts until I can finish the laundry.

How hard is that....

Send extra underwear in ziplock bags.

Seriously, I want to kick both of them in their pant less nether regions

tryingagain74 posted 12/6/2013 14:45 PM

I sent this to XWH today:

I sent along two extra pair of underwear with DD. When she came home yesterday, she was complaining that her privates hurt. I then discovered that she did not wear underwear yesterday because, apparently, there weren't any clean pairs available. Please do not ever have her go without underpants again; it is inappropriate, very unhygienic and caused DD a great deal of unnecessary discomfort.

If this does happen again, I am going to call the pediatrician. XWH never seems to take anything I say seriously unless it has the weight of some sort of expert behind it. He recently chastised me about the way I was administering DD's medication, but once I called the pediatrician's office and reaffirmed that it was fine, he didn't have anything to say (and, of course, he couldn't have been bothered to call them himself if he were that concerned).

I can't wait to see if he responds. Perhaps he'll somehow manage to weave some sort of Ziploc shaming into it!
