I just Google-mapped the location of one of my children's friends' home. It's not far from here, so I flew over my own home. Joy! Rapture! Clearly from the image it's been taken AFTER the ex was no longer living here!

Ta daaaaaa! Just one more way he's fading out of the picture!

I'm so glad!

I originally joined SI as a way to help my best friends find ways of coping with infidelity, but now infidelity has touched my family much closer to home.

Love this!

You're fading, fucker. F.A.D.I.N.G. Even the stench is fading.

I may have reached a point where I'd piss on him if he was on fire.... eventually!!

Even the stench is fading.

You don't know how true that is! He smelled, and his things smelled, and just ugh, he smelled. I remember after he left & I detoxed "his" bathroom & reclaimed it for myself, my kids crowded into the bathroom & started breathing heavily. I asked them what in the world they were doing. They said they could finally breathe in that room now! LOL Said it always smelled so bad they never even wanted to go in there, and they felt dirty just being in there from the smell, but now it smelled nice.

And just the other day one of my kids remarked, "Mom, I love the way the house smells. It smells like good food gets cooked here and clean laundry".

My DD loves that he's gone too. She said the house is ours now, has a girlie vibe to it. I think once things settle down financially, new paint colors are really going to wipe his shadow away.
