I am seeing that this site is a lot of help, but I would like to know if there are any face to face support groups for remorseful WS. If anyone knows of some that I might be able to find or where to look for some I would be very grateful.

I doubt it. And if there was, I seriously doubt very many BSs would be eager to have their wayward spouse going to group meetings, talking about their cheating. Maybe years out. But early on? No way. Too many waywards fake "remorse". It takes a loooong time to build up a track record of good, healthy, consistent positive actions. It takes a looong time for a BS to feel safe with their WS again.

How about IC? A trained professional to talk with you, and help you work thru your stuff.

I think IC is definitely a good way to go, like Aubrie mentioned.

When I was attending IC, my therapist also facilitated a men's group. It wasn't an infidelity-based group, but there were both BS's and WS's in the group, as well as other guys going through struggles, mostly marital-based. It was nice to get some face-to-face feedback from a group of peers.

Maybe your best bet is to seek out an IC, and then go from there? Honestly, the men's group was nice, but I got most of my work done directly through my IC and SI.

Best of luck to you.

Thank you both. I see your point Aubrie, and I never thought about it that way. I am in IC already. I do plan on bringing this up the next time I go.
