I'll begin by stating that I love the food at Carl's Jr. But..

Has anyone else seen the latest commercial? They are promoting that they have "great buns." So, what is in the commercial? Yup, people bending over, zoom in shots on backsides. And only female backsides. And the end of the commercial is a couple going up an escalator. She has her arm interlaced into his. In front of them is a girl eating a hambuger (you dont see the hamburger to the very end). Her ass is at eye level to the couple and of course the guy has to comment "whoa, great buns!" And his girl gives him the evil eye.

This just makes me mad and upset on several different levels. Carl's Jr does not need to have commercials like this to sell their food. I absolutely love my SO and her buns :) I dont need female asses forced onto my television screen! Im offended for both me and my SO.

And tonight there was also a Victoria's secret commercial. Women in bras and panties walking all across the television screen. I know what Victorias secret is and what they sell. I dont need to see the models displaying the lingerie.

Im angry, for those of you who have read my latests posts, I have been very vocal about guarding my eyes and protecting my mind from other women. I have eyes and a heart only for my SO. I hate when our favorite show (Big Bang Theory) gets interrupted by women's body parts.

I am sooo with you on the Carl's Jr. commercials.

They used to have really funny, family-friendly ads, but at some point, they changed directions and I no longer care to watch them.

I recall the one where Jack is sitting in a booth telling his friend to text a girl about how big it is. The girl on the other end is sitting on her bed with a female friend reading said texts, saying, he's going to send me a picture of it, etc etc.

And now this new one with the buns. Ugh.

Ive seen that commercial. Didnt care for it either. Things were insinuated but you never actually saw anything. But now we are seeing asses waved across the screen. Makes me mad; not just at Carls, but also at the actors willing to participate.

I am tired of all of the hypersexualization of EVERYTHING. It has made sex a joke. No wonder no one takes it seriously.
