Last night my dd turned her jammies inside out AND wore them backwards then put a spoon under her pillow in hopes of a snow day.
She thinks it works. Mother nature is stronger than any superstition.
She got her snow day. The yuck stuff just started.

I hate snow---and I'm throwing all my spoons away just in case she is right

Kids here flush ice cubes down the toilet. Strange for sure, but sometimes it works.

Ugh...ice cubes down the toilet. How would I explain the big ice ball in the pipes?
