hit the wall

SI I've hit the wall, my breaking point. No more. I am taking the needed steps to heal and feel ok again. One is to get on ADs, and more will post about later if successful. Living like this is not honoring or loving myself. I took on too much and maxed out. Ok now and have a healthy plan. :)
If you feel badly for too long, ask for help.There's no shame in that. No one can carry the world on their back for too long.

Plus, if we never ask anyone else for help, people would be out of jobs and no one else would ever get the chance to help another. Sometimes we are the helper, sometimes we are the helpee. It's all good.

((HoT)) Taking care of yourself is the most important thing. I started on ADs on Monday. I wish I had started right after DD. I already feel way more calm and in control. Asking for help is not a weakness. We all need help at times.
