Please wish me luck all you lovely people - don't know what I would have done without you this year

Wishing us all peace, courage and strength - we will get through this!

You have made it through the first year...ALL the damn "firsts" are over.

You can get through today. Do what makes you happy.

It's the first dday but think of how far you have come in that year.

(((hugs)))

Thank you for replying Karma. I guess I'm just living the day really. We spent most of the day baby sitting which is always good for keeping your mind off things. Been grocery shopping and now back home for a cosy evening in (bad rain and gales here in uk). I still feel I want to revisit the whole DDay events but don't know if it's really healthy or will help!

"Think of how far you have come"
THIS !!!!
One year after our dday, we didn't do anything special, but I told my husband I was sad & anxious thinking about that dday and he said we have rediscovered how great we are together.
So, don't relive it today, you can talk about it on another day, be positive What do you want in this new year?
