I just figured out what the skins are for in the login area.
It's so that you can read the forums without anyone knowing you are on an infidelity site, right?

My work just upgraded the OS to Windows 7.
The regular set-up was fine before but now the Times New Roman font on the regular forums looks wispy and I am having trouble reading it any smaller that 150%...yes I'm getting old.

Is there any way to change the fonts for the post body?

The titles and user names are in a nice Arial like font.

I just don't like Times New Roman.

Sorry MH.

Have you tried one of the other skins to see if the font is more readable for you, Lola?

Lola,

In your browser you should be able to go to the Options - Fonts (in Firefox it's under Options - Content, Fonts and Colors are in this tab.

Lola2kids posted 1/9/2014 10:49 AM

Yes, the fonts are better.

I liked the purple but I am rocking the Home & Garden green right now.

Thanks NIK.

You can also hold the CTRL key hit the + key to make everything larger (CTRL - to make it smaller).

Tred:
Unfortuanately at work they have disabled the internet options tab on the settings.
I can't see anywhere else that I can change fonts or colours.

Lola2kids posted 1/9/2014 10:52 AM

The regular font would be ok for me if it was bolded but I can't get to those options.

Tred posted 1/9/2014 10:57 AM

That's a bummer! Does CTRL + work?

BTW - the H&G is my default at work too - everyone knows I have a greenhouse and love gardening!

Lola2kids posted 1/9/2014 11:20 AM

Yes CTRL + works!
I guess I need to keep the skin.
I may have to break down and get the computer distance reading glasses!! Argh.
