Last night I responded to a message to tell a man that he and I were looking for different things because his profile says "friends" and mine says "long term dating"

He said "does mine say friends? It should say long term dating, that's what I want, I'll go fix it." Then messaged a few minutes later saying he'd fixed it!

Every once in a while I'll respond to guys just to let them know I'm not interested and every time I'm reminded why it's best to not respond at all..back to crickets!

Also, another guy messaged me and said "you're very pretty. Would you be interested in a sugar daddy relationship?"

Oh boy, would I!

Sometimes OLD is too funny!

I'm not "on" OLD but I have a profile and get the OKC updates and matches in my email.

There was one Euro-guy of a Certain Age (my age) who listed many interests and activities and managed to get "sex" into each category at least once.

Probably five times in the whole profile: "Likes badminton, long walks on the beach, sex, dancing, sex..."

Buddy, why don't you just say what's on your mind?

Hey at least he took the time to "fix" it!

I got a message from one guy on OKC, and as always I checked his profile to see how he answered certain key (for me) questions. I sent a message back to him, "I don't see us as a match because you believe [X] and I live my life the opposite of that."

Next day he replied, "I don't know why I answered the question that way, I don't feel that way at all."

Doesn't know WHY he answered [X]? Seriously? [X] was a pretty strong statement in mainstream American society. But OK, well, I guess mistakes can happen. So I checked his profile again and he STILL had answer [X].

So not only is he too STUPID to answer the question "correctly" the first time, he's too LAZY to change it when I point it out to him.
