"Mom... have you lost weight?"
I said "Ha, what do you want?"
He said "Nothing... I can just see that you've lost weight."
Three weeks of exercising down... many many more to go!

Keep it up. It will become so addicting.
I can't get through the day without my morning exercise routine.
If you can't make it to the gym, you can always google workouts on youtube. I have been doing that since it's the weather has been so awful.
One thing that also worked for me has been staying away from the scale. I go by how my clothes fit. :0)

I love it! Keeper! And good on you, too, jrc.
When my son was around 12, I was heading off for a motorcycle ride one day with former S/O, wearing denim jacket and jeans. My darling boy looked at me and said, "Oh Mom, you look just like the Guess girl." The Guess girl at the time was Claudia Schiffer. I loved that boy even more than I did before. Ha ha hahahahahaha!
