I don't go to the gym but do yoga at home.

My rockstar "boyfriend" (the virtual one ) has four albums of instrumental guitar that range from new age nylon-string guitar with flutes to Jimi-style ranting on the electric.

I've arranged them in the order I like them in so they match the dynamic of my asanas from gentle to fierce to relaxing.

I like a nice long shavasana.

Bring on the innuendos!

If I WAS going to hit the elliptical it would be 80s all the way, vintage Madonna, Cyndi, Eurythmics, Michael Jackson etc.

Love that stuff.

Fuck you by cee lo green.

I must really be out of the music scene... I can't believe someone would title a song with Fuck You.

I don't go to the gym, but when I go walking I like to listen to something fast. It helps to keep my pace. Right now I listen to Nickelback - Here and Now.

Me - BS, 40 (I'm not old...I'm vintage)

I had an awesome run this morning listening to the following songs on my playlist....these are just a few

Woman's World - Cher

Titanium (extended version) - David Guetta

We Run the Night - Havana Brown

Good Feeling - Flo Rida

On the Floor - Jennifer Lopez

International love - Pitbull

Dance Again - Pitbull

Don't Stop the Party - Pitbull

Shake Senora Remix - Pitbull

Blow Me - Pink

Where is the Love - Black Eyed Peas

Paradise City - Guns N Roses

Kickstart my Heart - Motley Crue

Walk This Way - Aerosmith or Run DMC version

Welcome to the Jungle - Guns N Roses

hmmm...even I notice a pattern....a lot of Pitbull. But if his fast-paced music doesn't get me up and moving then nothing will. His lyrics are iffy so watch out if your kids listen to your playlist!

A few cool-down songs:

The Best - Tina Turner

I Won't Kneel -Groove Armada (with SaintSavior)

Roll Me Away - Bob Segar

Irreplaceable - Beyonce

Family Affair - Mary J Blige

Landslide - Fleetwood Mac

Take a Picture - Filter

Where Are You Going - Dave Matthews

Let it Flow - Toni Braxton

Somewhere with You - Kenny Chesney

Colder Weather - Zac Brown Band

Outta My Head - Craig Campbell

El Cerrito Place - Kenny Chesney

When I'm not running I listen to more subdued music like Dido, Oleta Adams, Phil Collins, Neil Diamond, Snatum Kaur, Yanni, various country artists, and opera. yes, I have very diverse taste in music!

"Classic" - MKTO

"Back To Love" - DJ Pauly D featuring Jay Sean

"Feel Again" - OneRepublic
